If you are unhappy with our products in any way, you can receive a full refund or exchange... please contact us by email or phone... we want to know about your dissatisfaction. (excluding shipping).

 

Please email us for a return authorization number before returning. Then simply return the product within 30 days of delivery, and in its original box and wrapping with a note stating your reason for return. Please include the original packing slip and we will refund your money within 10 business days. Please send certified mail or delivery confirmation so you have proof of the return.

 

If a product is defective in any way (leaky jars or bottles etc) please contact us immediately. We may require you send item back to us for inspection. We will refund shipment if we ask you for a return in this manner.

 

We also guarantee that our jar candles will burn from side to side and top to bottom!

Wholesale customers may return candles for a 15% restocking fee provided it is in original condition (excluding shipping). No wholesale returns on handmade soap, lotions or custom orders.

 

Sorry... fragrance oils are not returnable.
